Who is The Essence

Welcome to this website.    The Essence (or TE as we lovingly call them) is the name that this Master Consciousness has chosen to communicate with us through Graciela to help us understand who we are, how the Universe works and how we came to this experience that we call our life.

To quote their own words:  “We are you and you are us. We are the essence of who you are and you are the physical manifestation of that inmense energy which is us, and you and everybody else.  That which you know as ‘you’, your physical body and mind, is focused energy from source.  But you are much  more than that.  You are an extension of the energy that you call God. You are not separate from God, you are one with God and we are one with you.  Your physical manifestation is only the tip of the iceberg. You have focused your energy in creating you, however, you live and vibrate at many levels and frequencies of vibration.  From yoru physical body all the way to the Origin, Source, where it all begins.  And it is from here that we flow with you to remind you of who you really are and of the power within you.”
