Religion or Spirituality?

We love religion because it sets the ground, so to speak, for spirituality. It starts with a wonderful message, the same message that you are hearing here today, so it is wonderful. Religion is wonderful. The problem is religions, all of them, they get lost in the rituals, in the rites; they get lost on the messenger and they forget the message.

Spirituality is for everybody. Everybody! Spirituality is for one and all because you are all spiritual beings, all of you, the good and the not so good, all colors, all races. Everybody is God. So spirituality has no rituals or rites. Spirituality is all about the access to your inner self because once you have access to your inner self you understand more and more and more and more and then you enjoy this life experience even more. ~ Essence
