The difference is that when you are one to who you really are, when you practice your meditation, everyday if possible, you start lowering you resistance raising your vibration and becoming one with who you really are. You enjoy this life experience much more and when that contrast comes along, you understand it as contrast and so it may be strong, but is shorter and you find the answers much quicker and the relief comes much quicker and you are bigger and greater after you have past that contrast. Contrast is those rapids in your river, in your flow, so if you try to row away from the rapids, it is just more struggle, it is more painful. It may tip your boat over but, when you go with your flow and when those rapids come and you raise your hands and scream like if you were in a rollercoaster, it is much more enjoyable and then at the end of the rapid you are breathing fast and you are enjoying and you are laughing and you are bigger and better. ~ The Essence

We love religion because it sets the ground, so to speak, for spirituality. It starts with a wonderful message, the same message that you are hearing here today, so it is wonderful. Religion is wonderful. The problem is religions, all of them, they get lost in the rituals, in the rites; they get lost on the messenger and they forget the message.
Spirituality is for everybody. Everybody! Spirituality is for one and all because you are all spiritual beings, all of you, the good and the not so good, all colors, all races. Everybody is God. So spirituality has no rituals or rites. Spirituality is all about the access to your inner self because once you have access to your inner self you understand more and more and more and more and then you enjoy this life experience even more. ~ The Essence

The beasts of your planet have decided to come forth as such and in fact, their work and their interest is to offer a balancing force in the vibration that exists in your planet.
